EA staff provided geotechnical and structural design of the foundations, foundation construction drawings and specifications, and structural review for transmission towers near Hastings, Nebraska. Seven miles of new transmission lines were installed adjacent to Showboat Boulevard from the proposed Showboat Substation to the existing Bypass Substation.
