Senior Staff Engineer - Dams and Reservoir Design - Fort Collins, Colorado

Requirements:

  • B.S., or M.S.  in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Hydraulic, Hydrologic, Geotechnical or Structural Engineering
  • 5-10 years experience in dams and reservoir design
  • Must be licensed Professional Engineer or be able to obtain Colorado PE within 6 months of hire.  Wyoming, New Mexico, California and Texas licenses a plus
  • Assist in business development and proposal preparation
  • Experience in the following areas:

~Engineering design, dam safety inspections
~Project management
~Construction management/inspection
~Client interaction
~Data analysis, problem-solving and management skills
~Design and construction of dam and levee projects

Job Description

Responsibilities will include development, planning, analyses, and design of dams and water resources projects; and assisting with business development efforts.  Willingness to travel on temporary assignments as needed.  Typical duties include but are not limited to:

Project Engineer - Water Rights Engineer - Fort Collins, Colorado

Requirements:

  • B.S., or M.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Hydraulic, Hydrologic, Geotechnical or Structural Engineering

Accounts Manager, Fort Collins, Colorado Requirements:

  • Degree or other certification in book keeping and/or accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software. Deltek Ajera preferred but experience with Quickbooks, or BillQuick is also acceptable.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word a plus.
  • +5 years experience with accounting practices for small businesses.

    • Experience in AP, Banking, etc. is also helpful.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly invoices, management of Accounts Receivable, preparation of monthly financial statements, and filing of taxes or government reporting.  Candidate will also present the monthly financial statements to the Officers on a monthly basis.

Candidate will work closely with Accounts Payable, and HR in performing these duties.

Candidate will report to the  Corporate Treasurer and work closely with other members of the staff to track project budgets, and enter projects into Ajera.

Proposal and Marketing Administrator/Administrative Assistant

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four-Year College or University or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the following areas:
    • Computer skills required: Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Publisher.
    • Graphic design for marketing materials for use in print and web applications.
    • Online marketing such as LinkedIn.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include supporting project managers and market sector leads in their efforts to respond to requests for proposal/statements of qualifications; assisting the proposal team with the creation and development of proposal documents, including efforts to coordinate with sub consultants that are teaming on the proposal; supporting marketing sector leads and executives on marketing campaigns and social media campaigns by performing the following duties; coordinating attendance  conferences.  Additional duties will be to support senior management  with administrative duties as they arise.  Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Drafting proposals.
  • Help identify graphic needs for proposals.
  • Update and maintain the company website and LinkedIn page
  • Support editing of documents for company style and formatting for aesthetic quality.
  • Assisting with physical production of document.
  • Tracks proposal efforts.

Project/Senior Staff Civil Engineer - San Diego, California

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering with 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering related to design of water treatment systems, construction, and operations oversight.
    • M.S. in Civil Engineering, and 40-hour HAZWOPPER certification a plus

Duties include:

  • Participating in large multi-disciplinary team projects, and preparing engineering designs, specifications, site layouts, design of pumping and piping systems, system construction oversight, system operation and maintenance oversight, and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Candidate will be required to adhere to budgets and schedules and will be required to help develop cost estimates and schedules for project tasks.
  • Project responsibilities will include project/task management; engineering design; budget and schedule development; and monitoring and promoting relationships with existing and prospective clients; and assisting in business development efforts.
  • Position requires the applicant be a licensed PE (California preferred), and have a documented knowledge of engineering design.
  • Position requires travel up to 40% of time and will require onsite presence at sites with documented soil and groundwater contamination.

  • BS in Civil Engineering with 5 - 10 years of experience in civil engineering related to civil design, industrial site layout, excavation, stormwater management plans, and construction.
    • MS in Civil Engineering, 40-hour HAZWOPPER certification, and QSP or QSD certification a plus.

Duties include:

  • Participating in large multi-disciplinary team projects, and preparing structural designs, site layouts, grading plans, specifications, and stormwater management plans.
  • Managing and mentoring of junior staff that are performing analyses is required.
  • Project responsibilities will include project/task management; engineering design; budget and schedule development; and monitoring and promoting relationships with existing and prospective clients; and assisting in business development efforts.
  • Position requires the applicant be a licensed PE (California preferred) and have a documented knowledge of engineering design.
